Black Matpe
Small and used widely in South Asia for daal. Also known as black grams. Rich in vitamin B, fibre, carbohydrates, iron, folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Harvest January to April. Ready for trade by June.

Green Mung Beans
Small round olives popular in South Asian cuisine for salads, soups, and stir-fries. High in nutrients and essential amino acids and one of the best plant-based sources of protein. First harvest January to April from the Delta regions. Ready for trade by July.
Second harvest June to August from Central regions. Ready for trade by August.
