Indonesian Cloves are a prized spice celebrated for their rich aroma, high essential oil content, and exceptional flavour. Grown in the fertile volcanic soils of Indonesia, these cloves are carefully harvested and sorted to deliver some of the finest grades available in global markets. Each variety reflects the unique character of its region, making Indonesian cloves highly sought after in culinary, medicinal, and industrial applications.

Lal Pari Cloves, known for their distinctive brown-reddish colour, represent one of the highest quality grades after handpicked cloves. Their name—derived from the words “Lal & Pari”—reflects their vibrant appearance. With oil content above 18% and minimum 70% eugenol, they capture the bold, warm aroma that Indonesian cloves are famous for. Produced mainly in regions with ideal soil pH and climate, this grade is valued for its purity and exceptional potency.

Zambon Cloves are a composite variety developed from two of Indonesia’s finest types—Zanzibar and Ambon. Combining Zanzibar’s strong productivity with Ambon’s high oil content, Zambon cloves feature a deep brown-blackish colour and a robust aromatic profile. This variety has become one of the most popular choices among farmers and buyers alike due to its consistency and richness.

Yellow Head Cloves are a unique specialty grade from Indonesia, recognized by their distinctive yellowish head. This colour is achieved through a traditional curing technique that enhances both appearance and quality. Known for containing some of the highest levels of essential oil and eugenol, Yellow Head Cloves are harvested mainly from Ambon and Zambon trees, making them a premium option for industries requiring intense aroma and strong chemical properties.

Whether used for cooking, perfumery, pharmaceuticals, or clove-based products, Indonesian Cloves stand out for their purity, strength, and natural richness. Each variety carries the heritage of Indonesia’s spice-growing regions, offering unparalleled quality rooted in centuries of cultivation and craftsmanship.
